Infrastructure and industrial programmes require electrical, mechanical, construction and digital trades in numbers current training capacity does not produce. Training content is not consistently aligned to employer requirements, so graduates and vacancies coexist.

Education & Skills: the approach
Develop curricula alongside the employers who will hire, and pair classroom training with apprenticeship placement so capability is proven in a workplace. Skills capacity is treated as an enabling investment for every other programme, not a parallel one.
