Notices, tenders and supplier opportunities
Every notice states its issuing authority. NBP publishes and coordinates; it does not conduct government procurement.
Issuing authority
A notice published here is not official government procurement unless the issuing authority is named as a government body and has formally authorised its publication. Where NBP is the issuer, NBP is named. Suppliers should verify any notice against the issuing authority’s own channels before committing resources to a bid.
Current notices
No procurement has commenced. Every initiative in the registry is at concept or early study stage, which is well before procurement.
Procurement begins after commercial structuring and financing — readiness step NBP-9. When notices are published they will appear here with their issuing authority, closing date and submission requirements.

An early call to identify capable suppliers before a full tender.
Request for Qualification
Pre-qualification against technical and financial capability.

Full tender against a defined specification and evaluation basis.

Open invitations with closing dates and submission requirements.
Award Notices
Published outcomes, including the successful supplier and award value.

Subcontract and supply openings arising from awarded programs.
