What this platform is
An information and coordination platform for development programs. It publishes project records, sector strategy and preparation methodology, and provides controlled workspaces for institutional users.

Nothing published here is an offer of securities, an invitation to invest, or financial, legal or technical advice. Capital Match is an opportunity-discovery tool; a match score describes alignment with a stated mandate and is not an assessment of merit, viability or return.
No guarantees
NBP does not guarantee returns, capital preservation, government backing, project approval or financing. No figure, projection or scenario published here should be relied upon as a commitment.
Data confidence
Figures carry a classification stating how well evidenced they are. Figures marked as preliminary estimates, targets or illustrative scenarios are not budgets, forecasts or commitments, and must not be reported as such.
Project records
A project record describes an initiative at a point in preparation. Readiness levels change as evidence is obtained, and a record may be amended or withdrawn.
Controlled areas
Data rooms and deal rooms are accessed under separate terms, including a non-disclosure agreement. Access is per user and non-transferable, and activity within them is logged.
Procurement
A procurement notice published here is not official government procurement unless the issuing authority is named as a government body and has authorised its publication. Verify any notice with the issuing authority before committing resources to a bid.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access material you are not authorised to see, scrape content at a rate that degrades the service, or misrepresent your identity or institution.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be published here with the date they take effect.
