Continental Reach

Prepared once. Adopted nation by nation.

NBP prepares development programs in a form the next country can adopt without rebuilding them. This page states exactly how far that preparation currently extends — and where it stops.

Current status

The 40 markets listed below are prepared as templates in the platform architecture. They are not active NBP programs. No government has approved a program with NBP, and none is presented as having done so. A market becomes active only when a program is approved for it and that approval is recorded against a named source.

What Replicates

Methods travel; diagnoses do not

What can be exported is the method for preparing and classifying projects. The diagnosis itself has to be redone in each country, because the binding constraint differs.

Project preparation methodology

The readiness ladder and data-confidence classification are country-agnostic. They travel without modification.

Sector diagnostic framework

The method for identifying which constraint binds — and therefore what to sequence first — applies wherever the diagnosis is redone locally.

Investment passport standard

A consistent institutional project record lets capital compare opportunities across markets on the same basis.

Coordination model

The mechanism for aligning authorities around a shared program register, without any party ceding control of its own systems.

Prepared Templates

Markets prepared in the platform architecture

Grouped by African Union region. Each has a country structure ready in the platform — a registry namespace, a sector frame and a readiness ladder. None carries an active program, and none is presented as one.
