How NBP works with institutions
Development at national scale is a partnership problem before it is a capital problem. This sets out who NBP works with, on what basis, and what the platform does not claim.
Government institutions
NBP supports authorised coordination and program management. It does not exercise authority over any institution, and each retains control of its own mandate, systems and data.
Development finance institutions
Engagement begins at preparation rather than at financing, because the standard a project must reach is set by the institution that will eventually appraise it.
Infrastructure funds and investors
Mandates are recorded so that opportunities can be matched to them as preparation advances — no allocation or participation is implied by registering one.
Engineering and construction firms
Technical partners contribute to feasibility and design, and are engaged for delivery through procurement conducted by the responsible authority.
Technology companies
Digital infrastructure, systems integration and applied intelligence, engaged where a practical use case exists rather than as a general capability.
